Get 10,000+ steps every day!

Every morning I am up between 6:30-7:00 am.  I usually wake up much earlier, but I like to stay in bed because as soon as I am up I immediately get started on my chores i.e. laundry, cleaning, etc.   

6:30-7:00 am - Out of Bed
7:00-7:25 am - Walk the Dog (walk about a mile) 2000-2200 steps
7:30-8:00 am - Coffee and read my emails, check social media accounts like Instagram and Facebook.
8:00-8:30 am - Breakfast (oatmeal and fruit) and 2nd cup of Coffee!

8:30-9:00 am - Get ready for the office
9:00-11:00 am - Office work
11:00 am - Snack (usually a banana or a Kind Bar) - try not to snack at the office if you can help it-so it always good to have something healthy on hand
1:00-1:30 pm - Lunch
2:00-5:00 pm - Office work
3:30 pm - Snack (banana or kind bar)
5:00-6:00 pm - Grocery Store (2-3 times a week (I like to have fresh food on hand
6:00-7:00 pm - Make healthy dinner i.e. salmon, stir fry, etc.
7:00-7:45 pm - Evening walk (1.5-2.5 miles) 3,000-5,000 steps
8:00 pm - Snack (Usually banana ice cream or fruit (apple/banana/grapes)
8:00-9:00 pm - try to wind down, finish laundry I started in the morning, etc.

I think it is a good idea to starting winding down around 8:00 or 8:30, so I am not all wigged out when I finally go to bed around 10.  

Total Steps - 10,000+ including the 3,000-4,000 steps that you walked throughout the middle of the day
